Our Penelope gown consists of a gorgeous embroidered cotton lace in ivory with another layer of cotton lining. The lace scallop edging has a gentle floral pattern through. The gown is long and bodice is made of the same matching lace. There are also long fabric straps which tie to a large bow at the back.
