Production:
Our goal is to offer you the best possible experience and help make your special occasion an amazing day to remember.
All of our handmade products are made locally in Auckland, New Zealand from fabrics sourced from suppliers in Australia, Asia and Europe.
We use only the finest quality fabrics and take delicate care when designing and making your precious items.
From the time your order is successfully received, we aim to create your items within 1-3 weeks – this sometimes varies depending on how many other orders we have at the same time and availability of the right materials.
Once your items have been designed, measured, cut & created, they are then carefully packaged to help ensure they remain undamaged during the shipping process.
Shipping:
Every week, we deliver to many customers across Australia, the USA and the rest of the world, and always do our best to ensure the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
Carriers
Subject to your required timeframe, we may use any one of the following carriers:
- NZ Couriers
- Asendia
- Fedex
We use NZ Couriers by default and will notify you when we use FEdex to allow you to track your item on the relevant website.
Whilst we try our best to ensure your items arrive to you in a timely manner, sometimes delivery delays can occasionally occur. Please wait the estimated delivery time before contacting the relevant carrier with your tracking ID.

International: Shipping rates & delivery estimates
We offer worldwide shipping. For delivery to all other countries, the shipping rate and estimated delivery time will be calculated during the checkout process.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Hadlam Designs is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping, including but not limited to tariffs, taxes, etc, are the responsibility of you, the customer.
Damages
Hadlam Designs is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier immediately.
Please take photos of and save all packaging materials and damaged goods before contacting the carrier.
