The Harriet dress is made out of soft and beautiful cotton lace for the bodice. The skirt is full and poufy with three layers of bridal tulle. The lining is cotton and sewn with invisible seams so that it is smooth and will not irritate the child. The are also cap sleeves made of the same matching floral cotton.
